BOP Retreat February 7, 2026 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT Planned Parenthood: Northwest Community Center, 5380 W Fond Du Lac Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53216 The Black Organizing Program (BOP) invites community members, supporters, and partners to join us for a retreat grounded in connection, learning, and collective care. While our work centers the Black community, this retreat is open to the public and welcomes all who are committed to advancing equity, reproductive justice, and community-led change. The retreat will offer space to reflect on the current political and social landscape, deepen understanding of BOP’s work across Wisconsin, and engage in thoughtful conversations about civic engagement, reproductive health, and systems that impact our communities. Participants will also have opportunities to build relationships, share perspectives, and learn how to stay engaged in meaningful ways. This retreat is for anyone seeking to support community-driven organizing, build solidarity, and contribute to a future rooted in dignity, access, and care.

Attendees will learn about opportunities to get involved, connect with our work, and ask questions in a welcoming virtual space. Join us online from 7:00-8:00 to learn more about gender affirming care, how things are going at a state and federal level, and what we can do to fight back! February 20, 2026 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM CT Goodman Community Center, 214 Waubesa St, Madison, WI 53704 Help your community get ready for the spring election with a quick door knocking walk on the east side! This meet-up with cover all the basics of canvassing and is a great step for first-time volunteers. We want to ensure that as many folks as possible are aware there's an election taking place in their community, what's on their ballot, and how eligible voters can participate. No prior experience canvassing is required, and no canvassers will be sent out to knock doors alone; training, food, and drinks will be provided to attendees. Questions?
