If you're looking to get involved with Planned Parenthood in Hawai’i, this is where to put your energy!

Hawaiʻi has long been a leader in the fight for reproductive freedom, but with Roe overturned, we must do more. It is not enough to fight against bad policies or protect the status quo. We are pushing boldly for proactive policies that expand access to reproductive health care to ensure that every person, no matter their ZIP code, economic status, or background has access to the health care they need and deserve.

Here, you can find several virtual events that you can attend from anywhere in the state, as well as opportunities to get involved in Honolulu. If you want to talk 1-on-1 with our lead organizer about getting even more involved, book a quick meeting with her here!

Proof Benefit Concert Hosted by Noah Plays Piano- Friday, August 15th @ 6:00PM

Everyone should have access to the reproductive health care they need. With your support, PPAA is able to continue working toward that reality, in the media, in the courts, and in the streets, with advocacy, lobbying, outreach and education! Join us for an evening of performances and great music to support this local cause.

Community Kit Making Event- Every Thursday from 11am-2pm

Join Planned Parenthood Hawai'i as we create some much needed abortion care kits and safer sex kits for our patients and community members. While we will have some items, please feel free to bring additional items to include in the kits if you are interested an able. Items can include: Hand sanitizer, single use heating pads, fuzzy socks, fidget toys, individually wrapped herbal teas, etc. Please contact [email protected] with any questions!

Pride Parade Participation Sign Up 2025- Every Thursday from 11am-2pm

Interested in walking alongside Planned Parenthood Hawai'i in this year's Pride Parade? We'd love to have you! Grab your best Pride and Planned Parenthood gear and get ready to walk alongside some fellow reproductive access supporters and champions! The parade starts at 4pm, so plan to arrive no later than 3:30pm at Magic Island where the parade will begin. Additional details will be sent out closer to the event!

Pride Festival Volunteer Sign Up 2025- Every Thursday from 11am-2pm

Want to volunteer with Planned Parenthood Hawai'i for this years Pride Festival? We would love your help! Sign up for a shift that works for you and we will reach out with additional information closer to the event. Volunteers will be helping to hand out resources, chat about ways to get involved, and giving out swag! 

Organizational Office Hours- Every Thursday!- Every Thursday from 11am-2pm

*Please Note! Office Hours will move to Wednesdays starting in September!*

Have some time to spare during the week to help out Planned Parenthood? That's what office hours are for! Traditionally scheduled for Thursdays at 11am, volunteers are invited to come to the Honolulu Health Center office to work on collaborative efforts and chip away at the ever growing task list for community events. We'd love to see you there! If Thursdays aren't your jam, send an email to Micaela to chat about an alternative time!
