This community-centered conversation will explore the enduring contributions of Black leaders in healthcare, as well as the systemic challenges they have faced. Participants will also examine the realities of healthcare discrimination and its impact on Black communities, including disparities in Black maternal mortality rates. Through shared dialogue and reflection, this Shop Chat will highlight opportunities for collective action and discuss ways we can work together to address inequities and strengthen health outcomes in our communities. This event is open to all who are interested in learning, listening, and engaging in meaningful conversation toward health equity.
